Worst UI and UX experience ever. Does not have any other language except Turkish, category management is so bad, transaction steps are so bad and needs too many improvements

Your application is not working properly. I can't use contact less payment method. Unfortunately operator from is bankası couldn't help me saying that it's a problem from Maximum application itself. I called number from Maximum app. Operator there said it's not our responsibility. When I wanted to make a complaint she put me on phone waiting mode which continuing already 20 minutes. From both sides I can see very unprofessional work. So even one star is too much for this application

It sometimes freezing with update warning even there seems no any new version on play store.

I could not use the app the whole day today. The app kept on giving the red message "Your request could not be completed. Please try again later." Could not do anything at all. Nothing I did helped. I looked to see if there is an update posted but no luck there, either. I am not an expert on the issue but a major update could fix the problem. Regards.
