1. Pakai aplikasi ini utk top up ke ovo saya senilai Rp 3.900.000 pada tgl 29 juli 2019 hari senin sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB, gagal, lalu saya coba sekali lagi dan gagal juga. Tapi anehnya saldo di rekening malah terpotong 1x, namun di ovo nya tidak ada masuk dana sama sekali. Sudah info ke call centre, penanganan sangat lamban. 2. Di tgl 31juli 2019 di atas jam 23.00 WIB mau cek saldo/transfer/pembayaran KK, semua tidak bisa (tulisanyg muncul di layar hp "tdk ada rekening yg terhubung) Worst 👎
