One of the worst banking app ever!! I'm unable to login even with the password I've used and written down before. The CTO or CIO should be sacked! Waste of time!

Keep crashing and cannot download receipt. Secure2u sometime work doesn't. Try to use may bank biz Web page for transfer, yet because of secure2u problem the transaction got cancel and have to redo. Very destructive in business!

Being a biz app, it doesn't work when I need it during office hours. I can't login, it says service unavailable. When I need to approve payment submission (maker), it fails after I key in all the acc no. Good function but it isn't reliable.

Suddenly auto logout my account. After login back need to activate secure2u, but keeping jump out message of service not available, unsuccessful activate. Even though I reinstall the app still unable activate secure2u!
