Worst app ever. No support available at all. Password reset via SMS is not available, so I had to call customer service, which is not available for English speakers at all. I called the center a few times, and they said they don't speak English, transferred me to another line, and then hung up. Another problem is the “too many registered devices” issue — I don’t have access to the old device anymore, and automatic logout is also not available. Many problems — zero help.

Absolute rubbish app without proper technical support. Can't access transaction history for 6 months now...numerous tickets opened with support team but only empty promises. Asked to change my password but the app doesn't want to allow logging in although support team force deleted my credentials apparently on their end.

After changing my phone to S25, I cannot log in anymore. I always get "Encountered technical issue. Try it later" Tried 1000 times, but same. I used the correct username and password. Called center they said "only one device can be registerd" (but user manual says: multiple...). Deleted old one, but still the same issue. What to do? Call center could not say anything, and they do not will to escalate the issue further to IT department.
