Great App Great little app, easy to use. Received an instant reference number from Council and the crew was out to fix my issue. Very happy.

Selecting a notification simply loads the app, not the request it relates to, meaning you need to make a note of the request number and then searching for it to see what has been updated. Would be much better if the app showed details as to what was done to close the request, and also for the 'Request Detail' to be shown instead of the 'Request Type' on the main list screen. This would be much more useful than having to go into each request to see what it is when the status changes.

This app is a total waste of time After numerous submissions they are eventually closed with no explanation or feedback on what action was taken, if any. What is the point of sending notifications to council if you don't know they have been auctioned There is also no allowance to support a notification with a written explanation, only multiple choice box's. Poor effort MBRC👎

Rubbish. Just call them. Completed a request as our bins had been missed after Xmas day (drivers fault). Completed a missed bin request which was subsequently closed with no action or communication. Thanks! Bins overflowing!
