QR code cannot be used in a mall or hardware store that uses MBSB e-wallet. Please upgrade e-pay for customer pay for TNB. Hope the bank can improve the convenience and quality of this e-wallet like touch & go e-wallet.

Today app required update so updated. Once updated couldn't log in even with correct number and password. Then blocked my account. Had to call MBSB to reset. Spent long time waiting. Reset the account. Tried log in again but same error. Tried resetting password but keep getting invalid password format. . Please rectify a.s.a.p!
