It was so easy to order our delicious food right from our table
★★★★★H. J. Crow· Sep 23, 2026
McAlister's is a great, reasonable place to eat. They give generous servings too. The best part about this location is Lyn! She is a Dynamo who refills drinks, delivers meals, and generally helps everyone! What a gem! More restaurants need a Lyn. I came here yesterday and returned today just because of her service!

On a thirsty day, I love having a drink the Mcalister tea way. Loading sisters to get in a garage sale now, and then we drift through the drive through and get a special tea. Janet likes sweet with a twist of lemon, While Pam likes hers straight-up sweet, Then Wilma likes hers lemony and sweet with extra ice.

Great place to eat! Always have great variety, quality and delicious food. And pleasant people work there!

I cannot scan or enter my receipt info to get points. I click on use receipt, and it gets a circle spinning at the bottom of the screen, and I have to force close the app.
★☆☆☆☆David Benn· Sep 21, 2026
There is now a service fee to use this app to order food. I am so tired of people trying to nickel and dime every single thing out of everyone else. I'm done using this.
★☆☆☆☆Tobin Black· Sep 11, 2026
Food is already expensive enough. Sad you charge a fee to use the app or online too. Getting use for every penny aren't you.
★★☆☆☆Robert Miller· Sep 10, 2026
The restaurant is great. The App is terrible. Scanning my table number was useless. I couldn't order half-and-half iced tea and lemonade. The app was buggy, having me repeat things I selected several times. The store has Wi-Fi but no password is posted anywhere we can see from the tables. I would've been better off standing in line at the register.
