Can't use the messaging feature to give the pharmacist notes about the order for collecting. Also, just redirects to Web for reordering prescription. Why does it not just keep a record and allow you to simply reorder

No good really. I have a load of repeat scripts, but the app says I don't, so I can't order scripts.

Terrible app, lots of bugs and seems to just act like a browser to their website when you choose "medicine". Issues to add address and account created in the app does not work on their website, very strange not even sure if this is legit. I end up uninstalling it as did not feel safe to add credit card info. Just use their website instead, and you will be better off.

Disappointing, doesn't allow me to upload the photo of the prescription, so app is useless. Get an error pop up, error uploading photo.

Can't upload images anymore, app is pointless if you can't upload prescriptions. Also can't email them in as they 'upgraded email' so what's the actual point of the app.?

Was good, if a clunky UI. It changed sometime at the end of 21 or start of 22 and is now positively user hostile for prescription management and orders. Clearly a marketing tool; I have no especial gripe with that. But why downgrade the medical help/prescription management side of the app to the point of being user hostile? I will be uninstalling it now.
