MCF Thrivified

MCF Thrivified turns your MyCloudFitness machine into a complete fitness tracker. Connect your indoor bike, treadmill, elliptical, rower or stepper over Bluetooth and watch your speed, distance, calories and heart rate live — in Dashboard metric cards, Live Diagram rolling charts or a Momentum Quest challenge, your choice — then let every session log itself and sync straight to Health Connect.

No more typing workouts in by hand. Step on, start moving, and your training history builds itself.

THREE TRACKING MODES
Train the way you like to read your numbers. Pick a mode when your machine connects, and switch between them any time mid-session.

▸ DASHBOARD
• Classic metric cards, with all of your machine's live data at once.

▸ LIVE DIAGRAM
• A rolling chart for each key metric, latest reading up front.
• Watch your pace, power and effort trend as you go.

▸ MOMENTUM QUEST
• Turn any session into a head-to-head challenge.
• Hold live targets for speed, power, cadence or heart rate to drain your rival's energy bar.
• Targets are set from your personal fitness baseline, so every challenge fits you.
• Beat one rival and a tougher challenger steps up, while your XP keeps building all session.

TRACK EVERY SESSION
• Live metrics from your machine: speed, pace, distance, time, resistance, incline, power and calories.
• Live heart-rate zones — pair a Bluetooth heart rate monitor or chest strap to see your heart rate alongside your machine data.
• Workouts keep tracking when you switch apps or lock the screen.
• Indoor bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, steppers and dual-hand consoles.
• 24 built-in courses — rolling hills, sprints, climbs and interval terrain, with resistance following the course as you ride.
• Interrupted session? Reconnect and pick up the workout you left behind.

TRAIN WITH THRIVIFY STREAM
• Guided workout videos for cycling, rowing, strength, boxing, yoga, stepper and more, each credited to the coach who leads it.
• New releases and featured sessions added regularly.

COACH THRIVIFY — YOUR AI COACH
• Ask training and nutrition questions any time.
• Personalized meal plans that respect your allergies and dietary preferences.
• Feedback on how a session went and what to do next.

RECOVERY, NOT JUST EFFORT
• A daily Recovery Score built from your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate.
• Strain and stress readings that show when to push and when to ease off.
• See exactly what is moving your numbers.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Day, week, month and year views of workouts, steps, distance and active days.
• Compare any period against the one before it.
• Log your weight and track it against your goal.
• Steps and walking or running distance read from Health Connect, shown next to your machine workouts.
