My password for the old app didn't work. Fine - I used option to reset the password...which seemed to go smoothly until the app wouldn't allow me to sign in using the new password I just set. I tried resetting the password again, since the code that was emailed was valid for 10 minutes. Again, it appeared to accept the new password at the reset screen, but then the app was unwilling to allow me to sign in with it.

I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of having a way to track my Passport with my phone, but it won't allow me to open the Passport portion of the app. Every time I try, it asks me to log in again, and when I do it deposits me outside the Passport section, which means it just asks me to log in again when I try to go the Passport section...infinite loop. Thus, the app is completely useless to me.

Passport Tracker doesn't load in app. Passport Tracker screen just shows login screen. All other navigational functions work. Galaxy S23.
