★★★★★ Like many, I have been happily using José's MCW Calendar Events for quite some time, that is until I had to hard reset my phone recently. Fortunately, it's a relief to see that the app is still available here. However, I too discovered problems in the instructions when trying to reinstall. But rather than explaining the details of those errors, I'll try and present a simple solution here instead: 1) As explained in the instructions, "MCW Calendar Events" is an extension to "Month Calendar Widget". Therefore, both apps need to be downloaded and installed for the extension to work. 2) Unfortunately, the download link in the instructions for "Month Calendar Widget" is no longer active. Also, "Month Calendar Widget" app (by BiHSnow)) found here on Google Play won't work either. 3) Now the next steps will involve a little knowhow about apk files and how to install them. It's relatively easy if you take your time, but for those unfamiliar, simply google "apk". 4) With that said, visit APKpure to download and install the apk file "Month Calendar Widget v2.1.0. If you have trouble finding it, again just use google to help get you on the right path. 5) Once you have the widget successfully installed, all you need now is to download and install "MCW Calendar Events", and you're done. Chears!

★★☆☆☆ Loading issue? I just purchased this add on but now the widget just says "Loading Widget" with no calendar info showing. Any suggestions?

★★☆☆☆ Fonts are to big in 2x2 widget form Need font size options and scroll or use the same font size as the MCW widget. On 2x2 from you can only see the week day split on 2 rows and the date split on 3 rows.

★★☆☆☆ After updating my S9 to the latest software update on 10/02/2020, the calendar widget no longer works and it just keeps buffering with nothing appearing on the day ... Please fix!

★★☆☆☆ You can't set it to list today's (or selected date's) events alongside the monthly calendar view right on your home screen. You must select a date, and you will then be taken to a secondary view (replacing the monthly calendar) showing events on that date.
