Note for Galaxy Watch Users: The watch face editor in the Samsung Wearable app often fails to load complex watch faces like this one. This is not an issue with the watch face itself.
It is recommended to customize the watch face directly on the watch until Samsung resolves this issue.

Can't install it and no answer from customer service email, wasted money *Edited after reply You did not email me back at all, even after my review and I have screenshots of my email thread to prove it. I followed your instructions and in fact own 5 other of your watch faces which all installed with no issue. I'm not an idiot and can install an app. This one gets stuck after clicking the add new watch faces button and then selecting it in the gallery. The status circle rotates and then fails

Watch face cannot be customized with the Wear app. I contacted vendor he blamed Samsung and told me to customize on the Watch. It's like your car broke down on the way home from the dealership, and they tell you to get out and push. You'll get to your destination, but it's not what you paid for. It's only $1.50 But the email support convo was unprofessional and borderline rude. NOTE: too bad... it is one of my favorite Faces. The dude don't abide.
