This was my first time driving an electric car. It handled so well (Nissan Leaf 2019). While there was a most definite learning curve, I felt at the end that I was well on my way to getting the hang of it. If I had an recommendation for a first time user, it would be to stsy close to home; familiarize yourself with the vehicle and the manual. The folks at the customer service/support desk were very reassuring, helpful, and more than accommodating. I recommend trying this service to see if it fits

My first experience with RocFloShare was Great! Car drove very smoothly. Greatful there's a program that helps people with no car of their own. I will be using again. Thanks RocFloShare!!

This is by far the best service that could have come to the White Salmon area. It allows people to be mobile and getting more things accomplished. Anytime I have a problem with anything they were very patient with me and explain to me what it was I was misunderstanding. Top-notch customer service. People who are leaving bad reviews are the people who don't understand how to use the app. The customer service is available 24 hours a day and if you have a problem just tell them and they will help.

This was my first reservation, and I really enjoyed the vehicle. The only problem I had was having an issue with to unlock after returning to vehicle from grocery store. Also, I couldn't modify reservation because initially I was booking for a day rental and not just a few hours 😔 but the App wouldn't allow me to modify reservation.

I rented a car at 7: 30 pm return it the next day at 7:30 p.m. at 8:00 p.m. I decided I still wanted to rent the vehicle. So I called in because the car doors wouldn't open up after I tried to book the vehicle. I got help from a representative, and she booked me at 5:00 p.m. that day and the return at 5:00 p.m. the next day which is impossible because I was there at 8:00 p.m. that day, so my money was taken from me, I was charged a soft charge at the evgo station for $40. I was also charged $57 😞

Miocar isn't good in my opinion already and haven't even seen a car. I filled out the application then they emailed me that said depending on my community I may be charged an annual fee. At the bottom of the email it says for customer support to call this number so bbn I called it because I had a question about that and the lady said to call back tomorrow because this is an emergency line and wouldn't answer my question so this app sucks to me

Don't waste your time these people on the phone don't know how to do there job and if you do get a car make sure you check it first because people leave there drugs in there and dirty tampons
