Long gone are the days of waiting for everyone to be ready, then waiting for wait staff to notice! The app is easy to use and eliminates some of the wait time, you know your total before you confirm your order, and eliminates the problems with last minute decision changes.

Do you know how irritating it is to be asked if I want to tip when I've ordered through an app without interacting with any staff, and all I get from the staff is my meal dropped off? And why do you need my email and mobile to take my order? Google can do any billing through Google Pay. You really don't need to collect that you pervs

Ordered via this, food arrived superfast, but my Drink didn't, checked with staff, and they asked to see my receipt which makes sense, checked emails, no receipt. Staff were great and gave me drink on trust, but a bit useless app if receipt doesn't come at same time as payment. Pay for a system that immediately sends receipt I guess

Took the team for dinner and started a tab. $1500 was instantly taken from the credit card. I left after dinner but told the team to treat themselves to as much food/drinks as they liked on the tab. Hours later a team member called saying that restaurant staff said: - tab had NOT been paid - they didn't know you could start tabs and 'must be a new feature'. Re-checked credit card and confirmed money was taken. Staff weren't aware you had to shut the tab for payment. Bad end to evening.
