Meal replacement tracker, the easiest way to keep track of your meal replacement program.
MR tracker is simple and easy to use. Simply select the week and the day then mark the meals, optional items, and water as you eat/drink them.
The day rings will serve as a reminder to what you have already completed and what you have left.
It’s easy to make it a goal to close the meal ring and the water ring daily.
Record you daily weight on the input screen and view it on the overview screen next to your food and water rings. Color coded to show an increase, decrease, or neutral change in weight.
Local push notifications are used to remind you to eat a meal every 2.5 hours. Notifications can be customized with the In-App Purchase - "Custom Alarm". Reminders start after you click your 1st checkbox for the day.
Current meal plans are: Standard, Nursing Mother, 4MR2 and 5MR2.
Choose the amount of weeks you want to do the program. Standard plan can change Burn and Transition weeks. The other plans can only change the Burn weeks.
Take pictures at the Start, Middle and End of your program.
Record body measurements at the Start, Middle and End of your program.
***In-App Purchase - Custom Alarm. Set you default alarm interval. Interval ranges from 15 min to 3 hours 30 min in increments of 15 min. You can also set a 1-time alarm for you next meal after you checkmark a meal. 1 time alarms don't change the overall default alarm interval. This is great for those times when you forgot to checkmark a meal and need a shorter alarm for your next meal or if you know you have an appointment when your next meal is supposed to be, you can set the 1 time alarm for before or after your appointment.
***In-App Purchase - Overview Details. The Overview Screen can now show a graph representation of your weight for the week and your overall weight in graph form, min, max, and current weight. It will also show what time your next meal is at the top of the screen.
***In-App Purchase - Remove Ads. Removes ads from the app. As a bonus you get an extra row of water icons to fill up the space normally used for ads.

Basic tracking A good place for tracking Octavia fuelings, meal and water. Also, can record your daily weight and keeps your measurements and pictures. Will alert you for your next meal which is handy. I would recommend as ads are not intrusive.

Only first day using app but as an Octavia coach for a year I'm impressed that it has all the things we need to track the nutrition component of our plan! Bravo! Would love to see the option of being able to write WHICH fueling I'm eating. Would also love to be able to adjust the times for eating/meal reminders and also be able to SEE what time the notifications are coming. This is a great FREE, basic app for learning the 5&1. I would pay to get rid of ads and have features listed above. Thanks!

Buyer beware! Paid $4.99 to upgrade to remove ads. Contacted developer the next day thinking he may need time to turn off the ads. The only response to my inquiry was what system are you using? I responded but no response from him, and I still have ads.....

This app sucks locks up all the time I bought the optional add-ons and no change does not let me know when my next meal is to be I want my money back

After upgrading, the timer freezes all the time, and I have to restart my phone in order to get it to reset. It would have been easier for me to just put the timer on my phone and not waste money upgrading this app. My advice, find another app.
