So easy to use, everything is all set up when you enter your patient details. They even sent me a message to let me know that I could request another delivery. Driver is always pleasant and very helpful. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be able to manage if I didn't have such an amazing app to help me take care of things like getting more pads sent out.

Downloaded this app to my Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 8 Pro. App won't open or run on the 8. Works fine in the 7....🤷🏽♂️

MCH has recently swapped to this supplier of incontinence products. The app is useless (won't accept a correct date of birth) as is the website (won't recognize the details even though they're correct). Phone calls mean holding in a queue for an hour (I gave up after that time). If I could, I'd give a minus star rating. How on earth do the elderly & vulnerable manage to get their products? Bring back Hartmann, their service was excellent.
