Used to work when I installed it. Doesn't work anymore not to reliable. Keep turning volume on aids up all I hear is background sounds, pretty much unusable.

I got up one morning put my hearing aids on as usual. Went to this app to adjust the sound to a 4 on both hearing aids and adjust treble as usual. I could not because the app told me my hearing aids were not paired even though they were fully chargef and bluetooth was on athough the app said it wasn't. No matter what I have tried. Uninstalling and reinstalling does still not pair them

I used this app on my i phone and had very little issues but can't get the app to work right on my Samsung which really bites don't wast your time on this app or get your hearing aide tech to help get the thing up and running
