It's relatively straightforward and when you search for products it's very interesting to have access to global reporting data. Probably takes some time to understand the forms, but it's not bad on user-friendliness as such.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to register my adverse event to the vaccine twice and had the app crash. Not worth the effort.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't appear possible to register an account (ZA) - throws up an error about the password, even though the provided password complies with the stated requirements

★★☆☆☆ App does not give you option to add date of birth, you must register yr details with every report, and it takes longer than the manual method, not user-friendly at all
