The principle and the idea of Med Box pharmacy is an excellent one but the execution is a poor one. Customer service is everything but customer service. Their employees undergo some training, but they seemed to forget it when they get on the phone with the patient/customer. They drown in a glass of water but not before causing harm to the patient/customer. For a simple refill too soon rejection, they tell the patient that the doctor canceled the prescription and put the patient through unnecessary
