Excellent company to get your meds & fast delivery! They give you reminders on getting refills & you actually talk to the pharmacist to make sure you're getting the correct dosages & refills, they do care about you! Highly recommend this company for EVERYONE especially when you need your meds immediately!!! 🤗

Automatic refills should go more smoothly without alerting customer that a medication is on hold or delayed simply because it seems to try to push through the system too soon and pushes alerts for customer to call, wasting customer and representatives' time. Requesting a transfer almost always requires calling in. Seeing cost estimates for medications would be useful prior to submitting for fill. That would prevent the back and forth with doctors, switching meds to find a cost-effective one.

Gave me one price to transfer, huge price after I did. I've ordered stuff and got notification after I received my order. The app is good if you don't want to leave the house. You can get stuff without looking it up to see if it qualifies for OTC. Maybe it's covered, maybe not, they don't tell U. Check prices before you transfer. Now they charged a prescription to my card WITHOUT asking and sent the prescription. Worst company I've ever dealt with... I can't delete my card from the app either...

The app works for me, but their problem is they won't refill a prescription until the prescribed date they expect you to have used up your prescription. This means you run out a week before you'll get the refill in the mail. They cannot seem to be able to get past that issue as it happens with every prescription every time, except for one. I will go back to my local pharmacy for everything going forward.

Horrible experience, have caused me to miss my meds, trying to get started, none of the prices I was quoted correct, cost average out the same as local pharmacies, now trying to get away from these people, they say they do not transfer prescriptions, my advice is run, run fast, run far

The app is not updated after talking to Center well. There's no way to contact except for a phone! What is the app for? Useless!!
