It would be a much better app if it would take stuff off of their ordering menu that they don't ever plan on getting in again. Like they're diabetic nutritional shake in the chocolate flavor. They will never get that back in, so they Will never get that back in the stock, so they might as well just take it off of their list of stuff that's available

I can't believe all the negative reviews. I did have a little trouble signing in at first. But I fixed that. I use the fingerprint option. Works extremely well when signing in. I have no trouble navigating. I can order, cancel, add transfers from other pharmacies.

08/22/2026 - Part of Humana. Terrible provider. Sent medicine I did not request, did not want, and did not order. Would not accept returned medicine or provide a refund. Do not use this pharmacy! Do not use Humana!

I don't like it. Center well will call you over and over to transfer your meds but when a critical med is due to refill they don't call you if the prescription has a problem they wait till you call them and ask where your meds are I'm going back to pick up at the store this has been difficult since day one. And the tracking number they provided doesn't work. You can't edit your phone number or email either. I tried several times. Deleting app after I get my last order. 😡

Can't update or add information. Doesn't show history or current medications. Not able to order Rx refills or OTC items.
