I only get one prescription maybe two from the mail order pharmacy. I don't really care for mail order pharmacy. I don't like the way they send the medicines every single month when you get shelves and shelves other than the medicine goes bad you got to throw it away I'd rather monitor and take care of my meds locally with my local pharmacy, that way I can get the meds refilled when I need to get them refilled. Not by their standards they just keep sending meds. They want that money.

Very focused on customer service. When I said I would run out of vials of Vyalev by May 16, customer service sent an urgent email to the warehouse and said to expect it by Friday afternoon.

Update 5/22/26: I used the app for years with no problems, I use biometrics, but suddenly the 'shop' is gone, only the cart which is empty. Can't even search items currently. I'll give it a couple of days and see...

This app is Tarrable. It freezes up constantly. It does Not recognize me. It keeps asking for my username and password. It won't accept what I have been using. I have to go through the ENTIRE process of making a New Username and password. THEN after 10 minutes "We are having difficulty on our end. Try again later" This is a waste of time. When I call customer service. The people who answer the phones sound like English is their 3rd language. Most of the time they are Absolutely NO help. HORRIBLE

Such a great idea to have a pharmacy that autofills prescriptions taking the stress from the patient. THIS Pharmacy is NOT it! They never get my meds to me on time! If you have a choice, choose a different pharmacy!
