I am having problems getting my meds filled or refilled. My Dr. has sent my prescriptions twice and each time I check my status the box tells me that my meds are on hold and to contact them, I spent over an hour explaining what my issue was and was told that my Dr. needed to go to their website and answer some questions. To this day I still can't get my meds filled.

UPDATE........ 2/28/2025 you better check the dates on anything you get from this place whoever stocking needs to be fired probably managers as well........ They wonder why I don't use them for my prescriptions, but I've ordered stuff, and it didn't get filled and then some stuff they go were out of it how the heck are you out of stuff when you're an online pharmacy someone needs to be fired

Have a critical prescription that I placed when I had a week and a half left on my supply. The agent I talked to said order was placed, and I would get in 5 to 7 days. 4 day later I noticed a message in my email that the credit card I had on file was rejected. I got in touch with them and updated information. They told me it could take an additional week to get my prescription. I asked why they couldn't have told me they needed an updated card when they placed the order. Not their way.
