Media net promotes you can watch channels from anywhere in the world with their global service. However, even with a 100Mbps fiber connection, the picture distorts every few seconds. When this issue is raised, Media net's reply is it must be an internet issue, and they can only troubleshoot if the customer is in their fiber network (meaning in the Maldives). Then why promote it globally? A sub par service with a horrible customer service experience. Not recommended at all. Facebook live is much better.

Signing up was a pain. Register link inside the app would not work, so I needed to go to a separate browser. The packages and what they offered were difficult to navigate and confusing once I actually found them; if you're not offering all your packages through the app, then say so on your site (not once I get to registration), OR show me what channels I'm paying for when I register. Some links on the site were not clickable. Why do I need a separate subscription or connection to use the TV app?
