I would leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience. The worst italian bank so far. Non-functional app, 0 services, they refuse to issue a credit card. Non-existent customer support. But at the same time they want you to pay 10 euros per month for offering almost no services compared to other banks

The worst bank ever, alongside fine co, banca sella and intesa sanpaolo. You pay 10 euros per month for having no services compared to other banks. The app is useless and you can't do pretty much anything from there. They always refuse to give a credit card, and when they give it to you, they give one with an awful low spending limit. The customer support is literally taken from inps, incomplete.t rude.
