Aufull the worst client service that I ever meet! Been waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment to open an account and all I get are links for the details and after nothing happens! Their solution!? Another email with the same thing, : link for appointment request!

Very slow. Does not have a simple user-friendly interface. Doesn't have English language option. Notification system is very unclear. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't! The design is also very unattractive.
