It is very, very hard to log in. Bkz every time it is needed to "write" the password. It should save it, but does not. Also, it is only in Italian language, but not all users know Italian

I bought a Kena number sometime last 2 weeks. I have downloaded the app and have been trying to register my sim on the app but each time I enter my number, it says that the number I entered is invalid. Also, I tried adding +39 which is code of the country I live, yet it keeps saying number invalid. Yet, I make calls and receive sms notification each time I recharge. How do I solve this ? That's why I'm giving 2 star for now until further notice.
