Was working, now after fingerprint, then standard login (which is rather necessary) I get an immediate session expired...can't use the app

Resettled password 5 times, still not working. App looks like is presented to not let you log in.

This app sucks. I can't block anyone who's invaded my Wi-Fi connection. I have to reset the password. The Mac blocking doesn't work. Vodafone's modem is way better. And the app actually works.
