★★☆☆☆ 4 months ago I went to fast web to terminate my contract and register for other person. They registered new contract for other person, but they did not close my contract. And both of us received bills for one apartment. She paid her bills, but I did not pay the bills because I do not live there, and I had closed the contract. I noticed this issue after 4 months because they blocked my number, and I am walking without internet and voice call. Went 3 offices and talked with support. Terrible service!

★★☆☆☆ Bloody Thieves! I have a prepaid sim, and they keep emitting invoices billing for letters that they are sending to me and I have never asked for. They are charging €4.32 for each recommended letter, and then they send me a monthly bill for that and proceed on threatening me to give them my bank account details, so they can withdraw money automatically! I wanted a prepaid sim in order to avoid this in the first place! Avoid avoid avoid!
