Nice. Colors and everything to me is nice, I was not able to understand about a payment I was late to do, and maybe when I watched around the app inside, it still was not inserted an advice showing me the bill I did paid, ... So I went to Sky Mobile and then to Fast web, and a guy or man explained to me what and how to do. Pretty fine !! 🙂

This esteemed firm provides the best service for foreigners. It may be better, do more liberal to international facilities, i.e.. Internet, free calls. etc. especially to Asian countries. They spend more to talk with their families in leasure time they have. It hapens the people not to wandering here and there...

Lousy app lousy service. This app is poorly designed, it doesn't give feedback when making a simple change like updating the bank details. The worst part is that it is impossible to get in touch with Fast web if you don't have an Italian phone number. They have WhatsApp, but it doesn't work with a foreign number. Why? Make some simple changes and bring the app to 2025 please. I tried to go to Fast web store, but they are useless, too. Sad.

This sim card Is horrible so bad guys don't buy a sim card from Fast web they have soo bad internet I paid Every month 9`€99 200 GB but the internet Is soo bad there customer service they don't care if you tell them so now I decide to change my sim card into ILIAD Is the best sim

Gay app, changes the icon with no warning and no option to opt out. They should stop sucking d and make the app better. Edit: you can't even change the ga y logo if you want.
