Tim keeps charging me more money all the time, not respecting my all-inclusive package. Instead of paying 10 euro I end up paying way more with nobody to ask for an explanation !!!

I ordered a modem through 187 on Friday, August 7. Since then, I have received no email, confirmation, tracking number, or order information in the app. On Monday, August 10, called 187 again. The operator said the modem was marked as “delivered,” but could not say to whom. She therefore opened a support ticket and assured me that TIM would send another modem and provide an email and tracking information. After a full day, still nothing: no tracking number, no tracking in app.
