Trash company, I ordered new eSim online and 7 days so far nothing sent to my email and when I call customer service they don't respond. Worst company in Italy....

I ordered a modem through 187 on Friday, August 7. Since then, I have received no email, confirmation, tracking number, or order information in the app. On Monday, August 10, called 187 again. The operator said the modem was marked as “delivered,” but could not say to whom. She therefore opened a support ticket and assured me that TIM would send another modem and provide an email and tracking information. After a full day, still nothing: no tracking number, no tracking in app.

Since some time, I can't enter the app as it doesn't recognize my password. After password fresh recovery, it doesn't recognize the new password. It's such a massive waste of time. It simply doesn't work
