★★★★★ Due to some very difficult challenges in my life in the last few years (loss of my mother and father and brother, COVID isolation; close friend's death; need to make repeated moves between countries with associated stresses (sell and buy property), I have experienced severe loneliness, anxiety and depression. I found using the Meditate & Create app extremely beneficial to me. It helped me to calmly assess my feelings, gave me perspective and think positively of how to improve my mental health.
