Meditation & Relaxation: Guide

★★★★★ Great app to use on daily basis. I have tried other meditation apps, and they are too complicated, or I can't stand the voices. I have used this app for 2 years.

★★★★★ 2019: I never pay for apps and did this one. Woman's voice really soothing. I have my 6-year-old use it, too. Went through 2 others I didn't like before finding this. Edit, April 2023: removed 1 star solely because there needs to be a repeat option in case I want it playing 2–3 times without doing it myself...defeats the purpose of meditating, esp for sleep.

★★☆☆☆ I bought the Lifetime membership because I loved the app. One day my access to Premium was gone. I wrote 3 emails showing my proof of purchase with no response. Whoever manages the app is dishonest.

★★☆☆☆ BEWARE! THIS APP HAS NO OPTION TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I have contacted the company who own and develop this app 3 times now with the request to cancel my subscription and am still waiting for a response. There is no option in the settings or menu of the app to cancel a subscription, and so I am forced to make this review. Appalling.

★★☆☆☆ I am a premium user. I was going to transfer my subscription from an Android device to an iPhone, but had no idea how to do so. I reached out to the support team who, in turn, sent me an automated answer telling me to look it up in the database, because they are only willing to help premium users. In my reply, I once again pointed out that *I am* a premium user, and told them that the database contains nothing relevant to my situation. Crickets. No response. Guess I'll switch to another app.
