Serenity is a wonderful guided-meditation app. If you struggle with meditating consistently, this app can be of great help. Especially the free daily 3-minute meditations are helpful for creating the habit. It will also keep track of the days you have meditated, so you can look back and see if you missed any days and how many. The foundations section is more than enough, so if you want to pay for that section -- it can last you a year or more. It is a one-time payment and well worth the cost. 🙏

Definitely not for people who have ADHD/GAD/OCD like me. The narrator takes way too long pauses and that sends my neurodivergent brain into 100 different directions. Also, it's not a good idea to mention words like anxiety, stress, worries etc. in meditation practices. I wanted to be guided away from it, not fixate on it. This particular style is definitely not for me, but apparently it helps many. I really tried to stick with it too.

Nothing was said u had to pay after the 1st week. I am so tired of these apps stating they are free and no mention of payment once u get into it.

It's all over the place and everything behind paywall. If you looking for something straightforward, look for something with just a timer and sounds to choose from. But I do like some of their free sessions, but I use them occasionally.
