I found this site easy to use. I'd like it if the rest of my medical history could be included from Ontario Shores (2017 - 2019), Lake ridge Health from 1997 to 2019, and North Whitby Medical Center, Dr. John S. Lee, from 09/96 to 12/31/2025 (Medea). Other primary files exist at Northumberland Hills Hospital from 2018 to 2024, and Ottawa General Hospital, 3 campuses, 2022 - open. (My Chart)

Worst app ever. I have had to reset my info every time I try to log in. it never recognizes me. Until I try to create a new account then says I already have one. When you're sick and recovering from a medical procedure the last thing you need is the frustration of a stupid app that never works.

It's terrible I used to be able to log in in and see my er visits and upcoming appointments and now since going to the specialist it says my username and password are correct, and now I can't get my info on meds and results from today, and it keeps saying my reset info and old info are in correct

I can't log in to the app but I *CAN* login on the web version. App says my username & pw aren't correct, but it's the same credentials I'm using on the web. I'm uninstalling the app now and will stick with the web version.
