I paid for a lifetime subscription, but it didn't unlock anything. I click the "unlock access" button, and it says "Thank you for supporting Me dizzy!" And confirms my purchase but underneath it says "This product is being used by another account." If I can't get help with fixing this I'm going to have to do a chargeback, there's no way I'm going to pay 210 dollars and get nothing for it.

There's no way to debate or question the answers provided and most of the explanations on the multiple choice are very poor. They'll tell you the right answer but the majority of the times it won't explain why you're wrong or why the correct answer is actually better. For +$50 I expected better. Also, a section for advanced emts would be extremely helpful, especially since their NR as well
