For the most part it runs smoothly except after an update. Support has been most helpful when it is not. With the time care app... As an IP, I can log my mileage. Because of the hassle I don't claim near 200 miles a month. Please add logging of our miles.

I am having a problem where I complete the task list, then save it and then lose all the data I entered. It is now happening multiple times a work shift. And most recently, I sent in my task list (completed from my end) and they received a blank task list on their end. Can you help as to why this is happening? Thank you I updated the App and everything seems to be working fine again. Thanks for the help!

It is bugy on a good day. If you get it working they will do an update, and it will flat out not work for extended periods of time! So frustrating....

The location where I sometimes work I have no internet connection or my connection is really weak. I worked with this app for 30 minutes and still couldn't clock in.

I have not been impressed with this app yet. We've been using it for quite a while now, and it is nothing but issue after issue. The latest being, upon clocking out, some days, I get a pop-up message saying "There is an error getting location coordinates". Really? I'm in my client's home with my GPS on. I think that a running total hour worked during the current month, in conjunction with daily hours worked, would help people to manage their monthly allotted hours for each client.
