Amazing medicine tracking app. Previously used medisafe that now force a monthly subscription. Hunted for a well-designed open source replacement and Med Timer is exactly that. Very smooth UX and UI. I recommend this to anyone looking for a medicine tracker.

I like the simplicity of this app. That it's open source, privacy respecting &ad free. Have been using it for a couple of weeks now, & thought it was working well, tho it is a little limited compared to some similar apps. But yesterday it disappeared a whole time window of regular medication - they're not marked as taken, skipped or pending, just missing from the list (but not from the preceding or subsequent day lists), which is disconcerting. So unsure about long term reliability right now.

Been using the F-Droid store variant for 1–2 years. Some menus could be more intuitive, but it achieves everything I need and has made steady improvements from month to month, both in features and UX, for free. Greatly appreciate the time, effort, open source nature and lack of tracking/data collection. Thanks, Florian.

It only notifies when you're in the app, which means you have to remember to take your pills, so you can log into the app to log you took your pill, which defeats the whole purpose

Seems buggy. Added meds, set the appropriate interval based schedules, never appeared correctly on the overview tab. Changing the scheduling had zero impact on overview. Gives me low confidence this works properly for something as important as medication scheduling. Unfortunate, since I was hoping this open source option would work.
