Today I went in to get a brake inspection and found oit the brakes I had put on was not properly maintained once they were put on. So Kevin the new Manager told me what I needed, and I said okay let's do it. I took a seat, and we watched my favorite show Criminal Minds until the job was done. Manege service is great, but the app has gone to pot. I have tried for 6 weeks to schedule a simple oil change. Could I call the shop? Sure, if they were open when I can call them. I have used the app successfully for several years, and it just stops working ?
