All you need is the meinSiggi app, which shows you all available bikes and stations in real-time. Everything at a glance: manage your account, redeem vouchers, get the latest nextbike news, give feedback, or contact our customer service team. To rent a bike, scan the QR code. Return your bike to one of the stations and simply close the frame lock to stop the rental. The app can be used for all nextbike systems worldwide. Once registered, you can also rent bikes in other cities or log in with an existing account of another nextbike system. Very straight forward, it's easy to rent a bike. Bikes are usually in top condition and can hold a hefty dude like me easily. App looks appealing visually and offers a nice map. This is ideal for getting home quickly from a walk or similar situations.

Next bike customer support seems to not read inquiries properly and just responds with generic answers. For my second inquiry I did not even receive an answer.

Terrible app. When you return the bike incorrectly, it does not show an instant notification to do it right. And they keep changing return stations randomly, without any notice on old return spots. Sometimes an entire street is taken out of 'bike return area' without notice after it being a 'bike return area' for a year. The business model seems to be charging fines by not building correct features in the app.
