I actually just got the subscription for myself alone. When the first kit came, the hydraulic lift model, I honestly got booted aside by one of my roommates so he could take over and put it together. Lol. I'm excited to see what the next kit's experiment is going to be!!

I've had two different phones and a tablet and can't get the app to work. It's just a purple screen every time.

Not sure why I can't view the 3D lesson online. We have a chromebook, tablet, and computer but have to watch on the smaller phone screen as it's the only device that will run the app. The AR sometimes worked but we have to hold the phone up the whole time as the popsocket doesn't hold the camera high enough to aim the picture. No way to scan the little cards that come in the kits.

I have not been able to open mel kids but i can mel science. When i try to open mel kids nothing but a blank screen. I exit out if eveeything on my phone & make sue my notifications are clear, but still no joy. My grandchildren really want to use all of there kit. What else can i try?
