Mellow is a self-care app with an AI companion to chat with. Track habits, journal, breathe, focus and wind down in one place, with a little cloud whose whole world grows as you look after yourself, and a companion that's there to talk when you need it.

Your cloud lives in your pocket and feels what you feel: grey and rainy on the heavy days, bright and sunny on the good ones. Check in, do a few small things for yourself, and watch your sky clear. The more you show up, the more your cloud and everything around it comes to life.

Talk it through with Mellow
Type or speak, and Mellow listens like a friend who remembers what matters to you. No judgement, no lectures, just someone to talk to.

- Small talk with Mellow: about your day, a good thing, a long day, or whatever's on your mind. Nothing has to be heavy.
- Untangle your worries: say it, sort it, see it clearly. Mellow helps you work out which worries are yours to act on and which ones you can set down for now.
- Talk about your relationships: partner, family, friends, work. Mellow helps you see what's really going on, in your own words, and leaves the decisions to you.

Your talks are encrypted and never read with your name attached. Talks are for people 18 and over.
