Mellow : Self-Care & Calm

Mellow is a self-care app built like a game. Track habits, journal, breathe, focus and wind down in one place, with a little cloud called Mello whose whole world grows as you look after yourself.

Meet Mello, your cloud companion
Mello lives in your pocket and feels what you feel: grey and rainy on the heavy days, bright and sunny on the good ones. Check in, do a few small things for yourself, and watch your sky clear. The more you show up, the more Mello and everything around it comes to life.

Everything for everyday self-care, in one app

Habit tracker: pick your daily three and build routines that actually stick
Journal and gratitude prompts, for a two-minute brain dump or a proper reflection
Affirmation cards to set the tone for the day
Breathing exercises that settle a racing mind in minutes
Focus timer, plus mazes and puzzles for gentle, tactile concentration
Sleep wind-downs for the nights your brain won’t switch off
Sensory toys to pop, squish and ripple between tasks
Grounding tools for the moments that feel like too much

Built like a game, so it never feels like homework

Mark how you’re feeling and Mello reflects it back, gently
Finish your daily three and turn a stormy sky sunny
Grow a cosmic meadow that’s all your own: plants, animals, birds, a little home
Earn stardust and collect playful badges, with extra credit for showing up on hard days
Every week, Mello tells you the story of your sky: the small wins, the rough patches, all in one warm little bulletin

You can add friends to build habits with, send them encouragement, cute gifts and so much more.

Real tools, too
Shop journals, planners, affirmation decks and calming tools inside the app, made by the same team. Use them alongside Mello or on their own.

No streaks, no guilt
Miss a day and nothing breaks. Mello is just happy you came back.

Mello is a wellness companion, not a substitute for professional mental health care.
