I was looking for an app to practice Pranayama exercises I learned years ago in Yoga. This app came the closest to what I wanted. I like you can focus on 3 programs and get reminders. I like the visuals for where I am in the breath. I just wish it offered some exercises I know - lions breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, etc. I could probably set a custom, but those would be a nice addition.

I like the timer itself. As for the rest of the program, there is no way to actually edit a daily plan that I can find. Once you've put something in you can't change it. The design is bad, not much thought put into it. The timer itself is useful, and I will use it, but I see no reason to subscribe.

Not a longtime ago, some breathing exercise was free but now except 4 basic one, all the breathing exercise r now premium. I mean the developers r forcing us to buy their premium features

Good app, definitely. But, I don't understand the logic of Cheung health test. How can a person exhale slowly after you ask them to hold their breath for as long as they can? And again ask them to hold after exhaling?

Apps that help time and pace pranayama are a great idea and while I do admit all rivers lead to the same ocean, for the first meditation program it's a little insulting to use a Sufi practice considering the whole unacknowledged genocide of Hindus during Muslim rule thing, so I'll use a different app instead that sticks to the actual Pranayama practiced by rishis and leave the Sufis to spin in their circles
