I forgot my User ID and password and when I clicked forgot user ID option, it took my mail ID and shown a message that login credentials will mail to me but didn't receive any mail a d couldn't log in.

Bad user experience, Only the data pertaining to fees are made available while for a Parent we expect the App to provide us the data points about Marks, Attendance, Question papers and solved answers so that we can use this information to improve our children's studies and keep an eye on performance. I have been logging in to the App everyday assuming that the data would have been loaded but it's only the fees dues which serves the management business interests and nothing more.
