App does not work and terrible support experience from South Bay Int (member mark Premier "MMKD" queen adjustable bed)manual and South Bay 'support' says to download this app and instructions say to hold up and down foot buttons until a beep is heard, that never happens. SB said to open BT settings and select Base.xxx which I did too, yet I get an error saying an app is needed. SB "manager" said if it doesn't work,"wait for an update"and said he has no way to provide feedback to the app developer

We've had the adjustable bed for several years now. I HAD the old app installed on my phone, and it worked just fine. I only used it when I misplaced my remote. Now my remote is sticking, some keys are iffy so thought I'd open the app to my surprise it wasn't on my phone! I re-download it and it is nothing like the old one. Long press doesn't work, and it tells you to connect to a Wi-Fi signal that doesn't exist. What a piece of garbage. If it ain't broke, don't fit it.

This is the only app for the member's mark adjustable base. The problem is that it uses Wi-Fi to connect and the bed frame is only able to use Bluetooth, so the app doesn't connect to the base.
