This app is quite good and easy to navigate. I would love to see other ways to filter shifts like facility or region.

I can not submit my timesheet and put the name of the supervisor in charge, I called the caring for you in charge of duty to put me in that I was working on my allocated shifts.

New issue: cannot open app, it tells me to check my internet connection, even though the connection is active. I generally have to restart my phone to get it to work.

New app doesn't allow staff to reject assigned shifts, have to wait until the agency has filled the shift in order to keep browsing. Also asks for a member number for login which is different to the member number on payslips but doesn't mention this anywhere on login screen. Unnecessary difficulties

Yesterday I had a morning shift from 0700-1300. I wanted to do another shift in the afternoon. And when I tried to pick a shift which is starting at 1500, I got a message saying" Shift restriction" even though there was a 2-hour gap. May I know why I still get a message as "shift restriction" ? This was not the first time it happened to me, this happened so many times in the past. When I was calling the allocation team to get that shift to, the shift was picked up by someone else.
