For now, it's a 1 star. As it doesn't sign in with a very vague message: > We are sorry for the inconvenience, but your request cannot be completed UPD Thankfully, the support team provided me with information about the crucial step to sign in. To be precise, you must activate the app access in the web profile first. It wasn't the smoothest experience, but support saved the day, so I'm changing the rate to 4 stars. As there is room for improvement, but the app seems to be working.

This app only works when you can log in. That is made very hard. After 3 visits and 1h on the phone still no access to my bank account. Support numbers are very hard to reach... After a nice email from Millennium I called again. I am on the phone for 55 minutes with no contact... Finally, contact, no solution, I need to go to a branch for the 3rd time. It is 2024, and everything is still paper based in Millennium

Your website and personal account app are best in the market. This app is bad to the point of being embarrassing. I'm worried especially now that you're stopping the use of the personal account for company operations. You need to support multiple companies, revise font colors, proportionality of the UI, misleading pop up messages, incomplete english translation...it's a mess, and you need to fix it soon. Thank you for offering to call users, but it doesn't make a difference. Just fix it.
