it's hard but that's the hard that actually lowers fat. I noticed differences in 6 days. Don't come in hoping to make a difference on day1, it's a full process. As the days pass, you will notice it becoming easier and easier. That's called reducing fat and building muscle. The coach option is also really great, I found mistakes that I didn't know I had.
