Have had hot flashes and night sweats for a few years. Mood swings, tiredness, missed periods, about 2.5 years. Irritability for a while, take meds for anxiety and depression, PTSD. Night sweats have gotten worse, I have to sleep alone, because my husband is always hot. I can feel the heat from his body. Hope this helps someone, with their symptoms.

I'm 51yrs old. Perimenopause. Going to this app helps me know when my last period was. It also lets you keep track of symptoms you have other than your flow. I use it every day. It also has given me understanding of what my body changes mean, through the added information. My physician appreciates the daily logs I have done. A must for any female, whether just starting, or ending the menstrual cycle.

App frozen is frozen just like the last two reviews. Money down the drain. Without putting your info in the app. The product is useless. Maybe you should get a website instead of the app.
