Worst service I am a shopkeeper .they installed a pos divice .at that time executive told for five years service we are charges 10000/* it will be deducted monthly but in two transactions they deducted 11800/- and they sent a mandate for 30000/- to my linked bank account .they didn't follow any rules and regulations they behave as they like.I contacted customer care, but they don't have any details .they told they will send SM and executive to my place. But never turned.

Very, very disgusting... I am a shopkeeper .I was approached by this service.a card swipe ICICI merchant device was installed later without any reason company started deducting money from my account... I surrendered the device.to company besides that company is continuously deducting money.on asking what to do?? I am being told to close my existing account linked with the company. I want to ask why should I close my account.is there anyone who can help me out...
