IMS Mobile(Merchant Point) by Fiserv payment acceptance, and for raising service requests with ease and convenience.

Logging into the App: Once you download the app from App store, please register by entering your Terminal ID/Merchant ID/Mobile Number and generate a TPIN. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will then be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will need to key into the app to set a TPIN or password based on your preference.

mCommerce Features: Our mCommerce menu empowers you to accept multi-form-factor payments such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat QR and SMS/email invoicing, ensuring you will never miss a sale.

Self Service Features: Using the self-serve menu, you can raise multiple service requests, including paper roll requests, terminal-related requests, with ease and convenience.

Worst Experience With ICICI MERCHANT, Please don't trust them and never take swipe machine from ICICI fiserv. Chor hai ye log. 2 months se Harari payment hold kr reiki hai ... Bludy team

Fraud company. I surrender POS machine but still they asking early surrender charges, however while purchasing POS machine sales person told me if we return machine within 1 year then only can charge, but I have used 2.5 years. They also changed for low output fee. Please don't buy machine from ICICI fiserv. They are cheating customers. Customer service is really too bad. If you not use POS machine for 40 days they charged Rs 30000 without informing us.
