★★☆☆☆ Does not work reliably. Cannot initiate logging, cannot download logs

★★☆☆☆ Very poor user interface - download data does not work Download data does not work. One the poor app I have ever seen

★★☆☆☆ I am having problems with a metamotion R 0.3 board stuck in metaboot state, so I installed this app. My phone and laptop can see the board while the app cannot, no matter what. I asked for help from the vendor, both via chat and email. They were extremely rude and bully, asking to use an iPhone instead (really??) and complaining about my supposedly faulty old android phone, that in fact is fairly new and *can* see the board. Don't buy their products: you get crappy stuff and even more crappy support.

★★☆☆☆ Well common guys... had to try different devices, iOS and Android until I managed to update the Metalware C. Samsung S8
