Build a home screen around the apps you love. Pin your favourites, resize your tiles and choose a look that feels like you — from classic blue to colourful gradients.
MAKE EVERY TILE YOURS
• Pin, move and resize app tiles on Start.
• Choose four or six columns, accent colours and light or dark themes.
• Personalise tiles with photos, rainbow colours, gradients, aurora or ribbon effects.
• Keep things still or add gentle motion. Effects pause when Metro is not visible.
EVERYDAY SHORTCUTS, CLOSE AT HAND
• Find apps quickly with search and an alphabetical app list.
• Keep recently opened apps nearby, or hide that section in Settings.
• See the time, date, city weather and estimated air quality.
• Set an alarm through your phone's Clock app.
• Add the optional storage tile from Settings to see free space and open your phone's storage settings.
• Save and restore your tile layout with a local backup.
YOUR HOME SCREEN, YOUR CHOICE
Set Metro as your default Home app in Android Settings. You can switch back whenever you like. Metro changes your home screen; your lock screen stays separate. Choose your weather city manually — no GPS permission is needed.
FREE TO TRY. NO PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION.
The free version includes ads. Complete optional rewarded ads for temporary ad-free Premium: one completed ad earns one hour, the second upgrades access to eight hours, and the third to 24 hours. Each milestone starts a new timer when earned.
Prefer a permanent unlock? Buy Premium once through Google Play to remove ads permanently. Pricing is shown before checkout. Restore purchases using the Google Play account that made the purchase. Verification requires internet access; verified purchases have a seven-day offline grace period.
GOOD TO KNOW
Recently used apps covers apps opened through Metro. Weather and air quality require internet access; air quality is a model estimate. Screenshots show sample apps and illustrative weather; Home screenshots show Premium enabled.
Optional usage analytics is off until you opt in and can be switched off in Settings. Metro does not send your installed-app list, app searches or personal photos to Analytics.
Metro is an independent Android launcher, not affiliated with Microsoft, Nokia or Samsung.
